Cabello  Hair Company Frontal Wigs are crafted from premium single donor human hair and designed for maximum versatility and natural realism. Exclusively sourced and crafted in-house, each unit features a seamless hairline, soft movement, and elevated luxury finish.

Available in Lacio, Onda, and Crespo textures.

Each bundle ranges from 3.5- 4.0 oz

18 inches: 1-2 bundles

24 inches: 2-3 bundles

30 inches: 3-4 bundles

Orders are processed M-F 9AM-5PM, EST

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, delivery takes about 4-10 days for DOMESTIC orders and 7-28 days for INTERNATIONAL orders depending on the country. Order processing during sale/promotions/holiday/restock/new release periods may take longer due to high volume. 

Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address the order was placed under. Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped. It only means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number (mailing label). 

Orders are subject to ship before or after an estimated ship date.

Policy Overview (Strict Final Sale)

• All sales are final: Due to the sanitary nature and high appeal of our hair extensions, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
• No order modifications or cancellations: Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, modifications—including changes to products, shipping methods, delivery addresses, or cancellations—are not permitted.

Return Eligibility & Window Policy A defined eligibility rule is essential for transparency. Our window for customer-initiated returns is strictly fixed.

• Return timeframe: We offer a 0-day return window. Customers may not return products for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect selection.
• Product condition & hygiene: Because hair extensions are a hygiene-sensitive product, items cannot be resold once they leave our facility. No packages may be returned.
• Proof of purchase: While all sales are final, your valid order confirmation email serves as your receipt for warranty and defect tracking.

Non-Returnable Items – Final Sale & Exclusions Listing final-sale items protects our business from disputes and confirms our complete terms to review systems.
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• All hair extensions, bundles, frontals, closures, and wigs
• Opened or altered products where the original packaging bands, tags, or seals have been tampered with
• Clearance, promotional, discounted, or final-sale items
• Custom-made or personalized orders

Return Process & Request Guide Because we do not accept standard returns, there is no active step-by-step process for customer-initiated return shipping.

• Do not send items back: Unsolicited packages sent to our warehouse or operational facility without written authorization will not be processed, refunded, or sent back to the sender.
• Support tracking: For tracking inquiries or delivery issues, you may reach out to our team at info@cabellohaircompany.com with your order number.

Refund Method & Processing Time Refunds are not issued for standard purchases, order mistakes, or cancellations.

• Original payment method: In the rare event that an administrative refund is approved by our management team (independent of standard returns), it will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Processing time: Approved administrative refunds take 5–10 business days to process on our end.
• Bank processing times: Your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3–7 business days to post the funds to your account.

Return Shipping Fees

• Customer responsibility: Since standard returns are not accepted, we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for change-of-mind requests.
  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received We take quality control seriously. If there is a mistake on our part, we will make it right.
If you receive an item that is physically defective, damaged in transit, or completely incorrect:

1. Report the issue within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date by contacting info@cabellohaircompany.com.
2. Provide clear evidence: You must include your order number along with clear photos/videos showing the damage or the incorrect item received.
3. Resolution processing: Our team will review your report within 1–2 business days. If verified, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped out to you at no additional cost, or issue a store remedy.
4. Product disposal: In most cases of verified damage, we will ask you to dispose of the item rather than shipping it back due to sanitary guidelines.

Shampoo at least once a week.

Use styling products minimally to avoid buildup.

For wavy and curly hair use water in a spray bottle for a natural look.

To maintain a fresh curly or wavy look, we highly recommend that you mix leave-in conditioner & water in a small spray bottle.

When combing, always start from the bottom of your hair extensions first and work your way up.

For curly hair, do not brush when it is dry.

Use large-toothed comb if you’re combing curly or wavy hair when dry.
